The Respecta machine was stationary. Only its movable pouring nozzle could be moved to the moulds. The initially wooden DRAIN moulds were turned upside down and filled with the viscous mass from the open underside – which was somewhat awkward. ACO's plant engineers soon constructed a new, dedicated and fully mobile machine, that moved along the production line and filled the moulds. After only 10 to 15 minutes, the strength of the channels was enough to allow the moulds to be opened.

Die Respecta-Maschine ist stationär. Nur ihr beweglicher Gießrüssel kann an die Gussformen gefahren werden. Die anfangs hölzernen DRAIN-Formen werden auf den Kopf gestellt und von der offenen Unterseite her mit der zähflüssigen Masse gefüllt, was etwas umständlich ist. Die Anlagentechniker von ACO konstruieren bald eine neue, eigene und voll bewegliche Maschine, die entlang der Produktionsstraße die Gussformen abfährt und füllt. Nach nur 10 bis 15 Minuten ist die Festigkeit der Rinnen so weit, dass die Formen geöffnet werden können.
